Anusara-Inspired Yoga
This uplifting heart-opening class is based on the Anusara style of hatha yoga. Typical classes include short meditations to align body, mind, and spirit; pranayama (breath-work); a fun well-rounded and alignment based asana practice (postures); and time for relaxation. Students of all levels and abilities are welcome and posture variations are offered based on each student’s inclination. This class appeals to those who want to work both their physical and spiritual well being on and off the mat.

Demi-Bar Lite
The same exercises as a regular Demi-Bar Pilates class, just at a slower pace allowing for more time to learn each exercise properly. This class is not only a great introduction to Demi-Bar Pilates, it will help the seasoned client to perfect form and get more out of every class!

Demi-Bar Pilates
Based on the fundamentals of Pilates, but with added intensity and focus on the lower body. Demi-Bar Pilates will shake up your routine and reshape your body.

TRX
TRX suspension training invented by a Navy Seal involves exercises with one or more limbs in suspension. While definitely challenging TRX training is easily modified to support all levels of fitness. Suspension training will take your fitness to an entirely new level-off the ground!

Yoga
These hatha yoga classes can include beginning centerings, balanced asana practices including sun salutations, classical poses, and creative sequences, breath-work, and relaxation. This class is geared at creating energy, balance, strength, and flexibility, while calming and steadying the mind. All levels are welcome.
