DEMI-BAR PILATES
Based on the fundamentals of Pilates, but with added intensity and focus on the lower body. Demi-Bar Pilates will shake up your routine and reshape your body.
DEMI-BAR PILATES LITE
Teaches Pilates fundamentals that will improve posture, build strength and increase flexibility. This 45 minute class is geared towards the middle school aged kids.
FLEX, STRETCH & ROLL
This integrated stretching mat class designed to increase flexibility, release tension, stimulate circulation, learn good body alignment and improve balance. Our 45 minute class will leave you feeling more open and with greater range of motion, with the intention to address both current flexibility and tightness issues as well as work to prevent future injuries. The class will utilize foam rollers, yoga blocks and straps. Use this class as a compliment to your other exercise routines, and/or simply for overall well-being. All levels are welcome. Foam Rollers are provided by studio for class use.
MAT PILATES
All level mat Pilates Class. Learn to activate and control your core, build muscle strength and control without bulk and increase your flexibility.
TRX
TRX suspension training invented by a Navy Seal involves exercises with one or more limbs in suspension. While definitely challenging TRX training is easily modified to support all levels of fitness. Suspension training will take your fitness to an entirely new level-off the ground!
YOGA
This uplifting heart-opening class is based on the Anusara style of hatha yoga. Typical classes include short meditations to align body, mind and spirit; pranayama (breath work); a fun well rounded alignment-based asana practice (postures) and time for relaxation. All levels welcome.
